Offset gang-run vs custom plate — which should I choose?
Gang-run shares plates with other jobs — lowest cost for standard CMYK flyers. Custom plate gives you dedicated plates for spot colors, foil and brand-critical color matching.
Can I add folding to my flyers?
Yes — select from half fold, tri-fold, Z-fold, gate fold or cross fold (custom plate only). Include fold marks in your artwork file.
What's the minimum order?
500 pieces for offset gang-run, 1,000 pieces for custom plate. No maximum — we've printed runs of 50,000+ flyers for NYC events.
What file format do you need?
AI or PDF with 3mm bleed + crop marks. 300 DPI minimum, CMYK color mode. For folded pieces, include fold lines on a separate layer.
